Delivery is 100 EGP anywhere in Egypt, and free on two pairs or more. Cairo and Giza same day, one working day at the most. Other governorates 3 to 7 working days, remote areas up to 10. You pay the courier when the order reaches you — cash, card or VALU on the courier's machine. Nothing is paid online. The courier waits while you open the box and check the pair, and you decide at the door which pairs you keep. After that we offer exchange only: within 3 days, unworn and in its original box. We do not offer refunds.
