How much is delivery?

100 EGP anywhere in Egypt. Free on two pairs or more.

How long does delivery take?

Cairo and Giza: same day, one working day at the most. Other governorates: 3 to 7 working days. Remote areas: up to 10 working days.

How do I pay?

You pay the courier when the order reaches you — cash, or card on the courier's machine. There is no online payment on this site.

Can I check the pairs before I pay?

Yes. The courier waits while you open the box and check, and you decide there which pairs you keep.

How does the discount work?

Two pairs: 10% off and free delivery. Three pairs: 15%. Four pairs: 20%. Five pairs or more: 25%. The discount is calculated on the pairs you keep after inspection, not on the pairs you ordered.

Can I order several pairs and keep only some?

Yes. You pay for what you keep, and the discount is worked out on that number.

Can I exchange or return?

You can exchange within 3 days of delivery. The pair must be unworn and in its original box. We do not offer refunds — exchanges only.

What if the pair is damaged or wrong?

Tell us within 3 days and we will replace it at no cost to you, including delivery.

What if I refuse the order at the door?

The 100 EGP delivery charge still applies, because the delivery has been carried out either way. The only exception is a pair that arrives damaged or is not what you ordered — in that case you pay nothing.

Are the shoes original?

Yes. Everything on this site is original.

What sizes do you carry?

EU 36 to 48, depending on the model.
