Exchanges

You can exchange within 3 days of delivery. The pair must be unworn and in its original box, with all tags and packaging as you received them.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.

This is why the courier waits while you check the pair. You inspect before you pay, and you decide at the door which pairs you keep.

Damaged or wrong pairs

If a pair arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 3 days and we will replace it at no cost to you, including delivery.

Exchanges and the multiple-pair discount

If you exchange a pair for another of the same value, your discount does not change. If the exchange changes the number of pairs you keep, the discount is recalculated on the new number.

Delivery charge on exchanges

The first exchange is free of delivery charge. Any further exchange on the same order is charged at 100 EGP.

Message us on Instagram with your order number. We answer there every day.
